The Sun

A naked child mounted on a white horse is riding out of a garden. There are large sunflowers. The child seems to have flowers in his hair. There is a large red flag flying. And the Sun is shining brightly, occupying most of the sky. The white horse shows purity; the red flag, passion or enthusiasm.

Here the child is free; he does not need to be forced to leave the walled garden. He rides forth boldly with gladness. Finally the Fool has moved into the Light of day. He’s no longer hiding behind the walls of his fortress turned prison; and he embraces the Light.

Overall this is an image of brightness, optimism, success, joy, many positive emotions and situations. It can be seen as the manifestation of your inner child, allowing it free rein to express itself.

The Moon shows us we have Shadows; the Sun shows us that we also have the Light.
